- Bob: pkgmdl.c improvements suggested by Zuken

ARs:

- Bob Ross send DLL_Checking_draft3.docx to parser developer for feedback.
  - Done
  - Bob: No response yet.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


DLL Checking:

- Not discussed.


Zuken pkgmdl.c suggested changes:
- Mike showed an email from Michael Schaeder.
- Mike: This looks like a fix for the "File Not Found" bug.
- Bob: That is BUG174.
  - I will send this to Atul for review.

- Bob: In the editorial meeting we are considering the term "column heading".
  - We need to see if IBISCHK6 has any message conflicts.
- Mike showed two files listing ibischk6 messages, with different
  spelling variations of parameter and subparameter:

- Bob: The column headings are actually meaningful.
  - Changing the order of R, L, and C is supported.
  - Changing the order of signal_name and model_name is not supported.
